Sometimes, one hour per week just isn’t enough. Intensives give you the space to go deeper, process more, and experience breakthroughs faster.

2-Hour Intensive Package – $950

4-Hour Half-Day Package – $1,550

Each package includes:

A 60-90 minute intake session to prepare you

A 2- or 4-hour intensive using Brainspotting or EMDR

A 60-90 minute post-session to integrate and support your progress
