About James Cody Bothe

Over the past decade I have come to recognize that individuals feel increasingly more isolated and struggle to find a safe space to process feelings and work with a clinician who can support their healing process.

It is my belief that most diagnoses including depression, anxiety, grief are a signal that we have and are experiencing unmet needs within our lives. I work diligently and efficiently within the therapeutic space to meet you where you are to support your growth journey to overcome these difficulties and challenges while also focusing on your personal goals.

I find that this often provides comfort to clients to come to recognize their resilience and strength with finding healing and meaning within their life and I enjoy working from a strengths based and solution focused framework.
